    Board Layout and Features Cont.

Most high end motherboards come with onboard power and reset switches for easy system control outside of a case.  Pictured here we have CMOS reset, Reset, Power, and BIOS select (for the dual bios feature)
There are different types of dual BIOS features available.  One type uses the secondary BIOS for system backups incase of corruption while the other allows you to switch between the BIOS images and store different settings in each.  The Sapphire uses the second of these options.

There are a total of eight SATA connections found on this motherboard, the black connections are SATA2 spec while the red connections are SATA3.  The two on the left are controlled by the South Bridge while the two on the right are attached to the onboard Marvell 9128 controller.
Between the SATA connections you'll see PCI Express disable jumpers silkscreened on the motherboard.  It would seem they decided agaisnt using this feature.

This I/O panel is rather self-explanatorily; here we have a single PS/2 port for keyboard or mouse, eight USB 2.0, two USB 3.0, Firewire, Ethernet, Digital audio, 8-channel analog audio, and Bluetooth.  Just about anything you will never need can be found here.
Included with the motherboard you will find a pack of SATA3 data cables, I/O panel cover, driver disk and users guide.  The guide is only 12 pages long but comes in several different languages.
