After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain.  I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain.  If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.

Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

    Cooler Master

Cooler Master was one of the few companies that didn’t seem to have US representation in their booth this year but did have a few new products on display including a new CPU cooler dubbed the V8.  It features 8 heatpipes that snake around to create yet another square radiator configuration.
Another new product that was on display was this chassis.  Its an enhanced mid-tower with some rather large cooling fans and even comes with provisions for water cooling including a fill port located under a rubber mat at the top of the case.

Sadly we'd have to say this case is hardly attractive but I'm sure someone will want it.
The ever popular Cosmos was also on display with a couple new enhancements including an electronic power switch that is activated by touch and a new side graphic that is the result of an acid etching process.

The new power switch is really cool since it features no moving parts and senses when someone's finger is close.
