ASUS VENTO 3600 Dream Gaming Case @ Barrys
Some of you may have seen a few photos of this case in our Computex 2004 coverage last year, well it would seem that ASUS is selling the case direct now.
"When you see the name VENTO and the magazine-quality photos of the case on the large, colorful (and heavy) box, you immediately begin to think of exotic Italian made sports cars and motorcycles. Once you wrestle the case from the box and unwrap it, the feeling is confirmed. Although it’s tempting to compare the ASUS VENTO 3600 with an Alienware, the VENTO 3600 looks more as if it escaped from the Ducati factory in Bologna than Area 51, with its rakish, wind-tunnel inspired profile and massive, logo-emblazoned air ducts."
Based on my extensive knowledge of cases the photos tell us that the shell is great, the case under the shell isn't much better than the Raidmax Samurai that we reviewed a few months ago.
