Introduction
The Soltek SL-865Pro-775 is part of the "Get Soltek, Get Pro!" Proseries line of motherboards designed for the power user and enthusiast market. The board comes equipped with a variety of onboard features that you wouldn't normally find on many Soltek motherboards.
Some of these features include:
RAID Pro: Promise PDC20579 SATA RAID controller
Network Pro: Gigabit Fast Ethernet
Overclocking Pro: (think of old school RedStorm Overclocking without auto overclock)
DYI Pro: on-board Debug LED

While it would seem that most motherboards on the market come with these features we must keep in mind that this is just how Soltek is denoting its top of the line products and combined technology.
From a feature standpoint this board may seem like every other Springdale board out there though this one is a little different. In place of the typical 478 Pentium 4 the SL-865Pro-775 has built in support for the latest 775 Prescott processors. This will allow you to take advantage of the new Prescott processor without needing to purchase a PCI-Express video card or DDR2 memory.
