Edifier
We were pleasantly surprised to see Edifier at CES. As some of you may know Edifier does not do much in terms of high end mutli-channel speaker systems but does have a strong hold on the smaller 2.1 systems.
The highlighted item this year was a "wireless" amplifier system that allows you to power speakers from across the room over a digital IR signal. The receiver features a 2 channel 30-watt amplifier.

The boombox looking device is your standard music player that will accept a variety of inputs inlcuding ipod, optical disk, and usb.
