After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain.  I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain.  If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.

Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

    Conclusion

For us CES is a time to get reacquainted with our media contacts and see what is new for the spring season but thats not to say we didn't see a ton of other things.  Several of the larger exibitors had guest appearances to help bring people to their booths.  For instance the FragDolls were on hand playing against all takers willing to game on the PS3.
Speaking of the PS3, the Black Pearl was also on hand to help promote the Future being Blu, of course meaning Blu-ray.

Funny thing was they had several barrels of empty Blu-ray disks around the booth and people would stop just to open them up.  We even saw a couple of older gents run away with some.
The one thing you could not get away from was the endless swarm of people mindlessly wandering around the show floor.  Granted they are taking in the sights like everyone else but the constant traffic jams really make it difficult to migrate across the hall.
Well that concludes our continued coverage of CES Day 1, nothing really specific but then again we only go after some of the niche stuff you don't normally see.

Stick around Day 2 and 3 are on their way.
