Logitech G19 Gaming Keyboard @ Tweaktown
Published: Tuesday, June 30, 2009 | By: WillThe ultimate gamer geek toy for the PC is here. The Logitech G19 has a full color LCD screen built onto the keyboard for all kinds of wild things. Check out the review to give you something new to crave on the hardware want list.
"We have the awesomeness of the LCD providing you with more geek than you could possibly imagine. There are a good number of applications out there and the ability to link up with Windows sideshow, while not totally amazing, does give good room for expandability.
The one thing I love about this keyboard is the ability to change the backlight colour to anything under the RGB rainbow! It really does make me grin wildly just playing with such a nifty feature."Holy *&^%! Look at that price!

DFI UT X58-T3eH8 @ HardOCP
Published: Tuesday, June 30, 2009 | By: WillAnother super board for overclocking with a better price tag than the Classified is the DFI UT X58-T3eH8. Let's see what the guys at HardOCP think about it.
"The UT X58-T3eH8 is DFI's answer to the current onslaught of Intel X58 chipset based motherboards. The board is part of DFI's much vaunted LanParty line of boards, squarely aimed at the gaming and hardware enthusiast. It looks to be strong contender in this highly competitive space."
In leet speak does that say (T3e-H8)The-Hate?

Kingwin Mach 1 1000W PSU Review @ JonnyGURU
Published: Tuesday, June 30, 2009 | By: WillI will admit it that it excites me to see a PSU get tortured. Call me weird, but it is something I enjoy. Let's see how the Kingwin Mach 1 holds under the pressure of a full on beating.
"These days, for a power supply company to be competitive, there's gotta be a 1kW or up model in there somewhere. Kingwin recently joined the party by bringing in their Mach 1 series of units, which tops out with a 1.2kW monster. Today I'm having a look at the second most powerful in the line, the 1000W model. This is the only 80 Plus Bronze certified unit in the range, and it features such cool things as modular cables with illuminated rings around them when you plug one in."
Don't call it weird just call it a fetish. A fetish that is all.

NL: PC Game Reviews Roundup
Published: Tuesday, June 30, 2009 | By: WillHere we have a couple PC game review to look at for you gamer types out there.
Light Of Altair (PC) Review @ Gamingheaven
Light Of Altair is a game made by two people with a budget price tag of $15. We love independent titles on Gamingheaven because quite often they don't suffer from restrictive publisher control and are free to explore radical ideas outside the confines of a big budget production. As SaintXi develop and publish the game is it able to offer something entertaining for the relatively modest asking price?
Wheelman (PC) Game Review @ ocaholic
Loads of action, quick cars, hot shapes and Vin Diesel. Who in this case doesn't think of The Fast And The Furious needs to have Midways Wheelman in its mind. We take a closer look at Wheelman and tell you if it has a solid basis or if it's just another game.

EVGA E761 X58 SLI Classified Motherboard Review @ Legit Reviews
Published: Tuesday, June 30, 2009 | By: WillIt is very popular, and has every reason to be popular among hardware enthusiasts. The new EVGA Classified boards are really second to none, and the colors are just awesome too.
"What is there to say? The EVGA X58 E761 Classified is like an over-the-top blockbuster movie; it wows you on all fronts all the while costing an arm and a leg to produce. Core i7 is a new processor and motherboard and BIOS engineers are still figuring it out, but the team at EVGA has clearly stumbled across something to be able to release a board that pushes these chips past the notorious 220MHz base clock wall. This board reminds me a lot of the Asus LGA775 Rampage Extreme, except the Rampage Extreme came so late in the game..."
I want one to play with so bad.

AMD DirectX11 White Paper Released @ Legit Reviews
Published: Monday, June 29, 2009 | By: WillHere is a good read from the marketing guys at AMD. With the intention of knocking the marketing guys at NVidia from changing the consumers mind about DX11. Wait a second doesn't that mean AMD is trying to sway our minds with there marketing on DX11.
"Some of the guys up in Toronto sent us an e-mail this morning and explained that DirectX 11 is important and we should take NVIDIA downplaying it with a grain of salt. It seems they are worried that the tried and true NVIDIA marketing machine will possibly start pumping out a lot of information to deflect and sway consumers. This is likely going to be the case as NVIDIA is rumored to be late to the game with DirectX 11 graphics cards and is going to have a rough time to get them released this calendar year. To help avoid this looming marketing battle, AMD has released a white paper that has been put together by AMD to showcase the importance of DirectX 11 and why it matters. They also gave us quick breakdown explaining that DX 11 is about efficiency..."
Ouch! Ouch! Brain starting to hurt.

Asus HD 4770 Formula Edition @ Bjorn3D
Published: Monday, June 29, 2009 | By: WillLiving in the racing capital of the world will make me have a huge liking to heatsinks that look like Indy cars. Asus has the Formula version of the 4770 that looks just freakin awesome.
"Asus has long been considered one of the top manufacturers of all kinds of PC components, so it comes as no surprise that they have decided to make their own cooler for the brand new ATI HD 4770. They have called this card the Formula edition. Asus being the big company they are, have paid a lot of attention to detail on the heat sink design. I will explain a bit later on in the review. With this larger heat sink comes lower temperatures. Surely Asus geared this card for the mid range graphics card buyer who is looking to gain some performance by overclocking.
Just one look at the HD 4770 specs is enough to say the card is the perfect card to play all the latest games at decent settings without breaking the bank, so it would seem that the Asus 4770 Formula has its work cut out for it. Surely with the ability to cool the card better will lead to a higher overall overclock, thus increasing the cards performance even more. This is stacking up to be a tight competiton between this card, and its other ATI siblings, the 4670 and 4850."Yes, I know it is more like a Formula 1 car, but it is close enough for me.

World of Warcraft MEGA FAQ! @ OCModShop
Published: Monday, June 29, 2009 | By: WillWoW is the juggernaut of games and on the PC it is one of the most played games ever. So here is a little information for those that have lived under a rock and know nothing about this game.
Warcraft is a beast. You must seriously consider if you're ready to take it on as if you were committing to banned substances. Levels, achievements, heavy multiplayer, many different builds to tinker with, a full economy, gear with no end, and just tons of things to collect for vanity, you really have no hope of having any other entertainment if you start playing WoW.
Yes, this game is extremely fun. If you like anything in gaming you will find something to like in this game, and no one can argue with the strength of the multiplayer, which is essentially 1/4 of the game unless you just love running dungeons and raids. All I can say "WoW!" to all the things in this game.

Inno3D GeForce GTX 295 Platinum (Single PCB) @ techPowerUp
Published: Sunday, June 28, 2009 | By: DennisCan there be such a thing as a worthless revision? I think not and neither should you.
NVIDIA has silently introduced a new revision of their GeForce GTX 295. The new version crams everything onto a single PCB. While the performance characteristics have not changed, thermals, fan noise and power consumption did change indeed. Is the new single PCB GTX 295 a success or just an unimportant product revision?
In fact I may just buy one of these if someone will put it on a red PCB.

World of GOO - PC Review @ Gamepyre
Published: Thursday, June 25, 2009 | By: WillOkay, okay this is all me here on this one. I usually collect a couple game reviews, but this one deserves it's own news post. This game just rocks out loud for the complete waste of time, and brain teasing fun.
"This game is all about the physics of things, even the physics of goo. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm not a physicist, but I have enough common sense and I've had enough education to learn the basics about gravity. And in 2-D Boy's World of Goo, you have to use common sense and apply very little necessary knowledge about gravity towards building incredible things out of goo. On the surface, the game is very basic: all you have to do is make the goo travel from point A to point B."
Got my i7 920 oc to 4Ghz. Check!
Got my GTX 285 in SLI. Check!
I'm ready to play World of GOO.
