NL: Review Block -Memory
Published: Wednesday, August 1, 2007 | By: DennisMemory is one of those things that you either have too much of the wrong type or not enough of the kind you need.

- Patriot 2x1GBPC2-9200 1150MHz Memory Kit Review @ Virtual-Hideout
I really doubt my razzing of Patriot for not returning my emails will work like it did with Crucial but here it goes.
to Patriot memory: "I show you so much respect and you can't even hit reply and acknowledge that I'm being heard or to say something like "piss off", I mean com'on what kind of company are you??."
Oh and don't give me that crap that you get thousands of emails a day from people like me, well all know you're just lazy. -
CoolerMaster Cosmos Case Review @ dvhardware
Published: Wednesday, August 1, 2007 | By: DennisWe were given a tour of this case at Computex this year and can honestly say its an amazing piece of work.
Cooler Master's latest case is the Cosmos RC-1000, this case aims to offer very quiet operation and with its four big aluminum handles the design of this case definitely stands out from the crowd. The Cooler Master Cosmos case features a special airflow system, it has one intake fan one the bottom and uses three outtake fans. The firm says this creates a negative pressure effect which will draw in more cool outdoor air into the interior to keep all your components cool. Besides airflow Cooler Master also thought about soundproofing, cable management and tool-free design. In the next few pages I will discuss all of these aspects and see if it works as advertised.. -

Not so good with the news postings - Update
Published: Monday, July 23, 2007 | By: DennisIt would seem that my hopes of getting on a regular news posting schedule has failed. I'm just throwing out an apology to all of you coming back hoping to see something new.
To that end I do have some good news.
- There is a review scheduled for publication later today. (as of this posting)
- Also with any luck the RSS feed should be back online later this week. I have to alter the new publishing process to support how we're doing RSS to make sure nothing gets released that isn't ready for human consumption.
- Not sure anyone really noticed but I added some social bookmarking links to the bottom of each review, I'd urge everyone that finds our content of value to help us out and give them a click.
- I've also been working on a multipart article about Ninjalane, it will take me a few weeks to get everything posted but I feel the information will be helpful to the community. -

Gainward BLISS 8600 GTS 256MB GS Edition Review @ MVKTech
Published: Monday, July 9, 2007 | By: DennisCheck out that sexy red! Almost makes me want to import a couple of these bad chickens for some fun and hot review action.

Welcome to the world of Gainward, a world beyond your senses! Gainward is a world leading producer of high-quality, high-end 3D accelerators for the personal computer market. With the introduction of the first GeForce 8 series at the end of last year we saw from NVIDIA the high-end product range coming to the market to take and rule over the graphics world. Over a month ago NVIDIA launched the GeForce 8600 series, by releasing two versions, the GeForce 8600 GT and the bigger brother the GTS both featuring the highly anticipated G84 graphics core. And Gainward has jumped on the wagon to be amongst the first to release their products based upon this G84 chipset. -
SUB-ZERO ExodusFlow Altauna CPU Water Block Review @ MadShrimps
Published: Monday, July 9, 2007 | By: DennisMadshrimps seems to get their hands on some of the strangest stuff, and while this waterblock review has no benchmark system for reference I have to admit the blocks do look pretty good.
Almost makes me wonder what the state of enthusiast watercooling really is?
Watercooling.de has had design and manufacturing input in several water blocks they've sold online over the past five years. My first introduction to German engineered water blocks was through this store when I tested the original CF1 Microstructure block and later with the "upgrade kit" compared it to popular USA system Dangr Den TDX vs. CF1 Rev.2. Watercooling.de's recent arrival has already received high praise from other testers, so today I test the new SUB-ZERO ExodusFlow Altauna, will it earn my "Brass O-Ring"? "
I'm not the best at assembling English phrases but damn... these need some work.
I can't dis though the .de in the domain really explains everything. -
NL: Review Block - Memory
Published: Monday, July 9, 2007 | By: DennisReview blocks are an easy way to get more links into the news, I'm hoping that in the future I can get an RSS digester to automate this task but until then... yep you guessed it I get to decide what makes the cut and what doesn't.
