Overclocking the Athlon X2 3800+ @ Legit Reviews
Published: Saturday, September 3, 2005 | By: DennisIt would seem that overclocking the dual core Athlon64's is very similar to previous versions but with a lot more headroom, I can't wait to get my hands on one.
"Looking around different forums I've noticed most people hitting 2.6 to 2.7GHZ with good cooling, and a few hitting 2.8 to 2.95GHz on extreme cooling. While I can't vouch for anyone else’s stability or results I will say the 3800+ I have been torturing for a week now is one of the best processors I've ever had." -
Phj34r my Lack of N3wz
Published: Monday, August 29, 2005 | By: DennisI’m just checking in to let you all know that Ninjalane.com is still being manned despite the lack of newz. The offline project is still progressing nicely and with any luck will be launched with bare bones functionality hopefully by the second week of September.
Stay tuned. -

Published: Saturday, August 20, 2005 | By: DennisSorry for the downtime during the weekend of the 20th, we had a little hiccup with the server that required the site be taken down for a short spell. However as you can see everything is back up and running now.

BlueGears HDA Digital X-Mystique 7.1 Gold Sound Card @ A True Review
Published: Saturday, July 30, 2005 | By: DennisFor those of you like me that hate to use onboard sound but are also upset with the current Sound Blaster options might find the specialized cards like the one from BlueGear to be just what you are looking for.
"The last physical design of the X-Mystique 7.1 Gold that is worth mentioning is its onboard IC amp chips are upgradeable/replaceable. Instead of being soldiered to the board, the 6 onboard IC amp chips are simply plugged into the board via DIP sockets. Of course for most users, this does not mean anything. Upgrading these dual DIP type OPAMP controller preamp circuits should be reserved for audiophiles and/or those with engineering knowledge."
Upgradeable sound cards, you can't get much better than that.

Building a Home Theatre PC @ PC Stats

" In this Do-It-Yourself Guide, PCSTATS are going to walk you step-by-step through the process of assembling your own home theatre PC out of contemporary components. We'll also explore the various things you can do with an HTPC after it's built." -
