The Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R does not come with many accessories, and just barely enough to get you up and running. The contents are shown below.
Installation manual and driver disk are a must. The manual is modest in size and very informative since it covers every aspect of the motherboard.

There are only 2 SATA cables included but you do get a ribbon cable for an IDE drive. A Floppy cable is not included.
