After careful consideration I have decided to transfer all hardware review activities to a new domain.  I purchased Hardwareasylum.com in 2012 and have been working hard to build a new and improved Ninjalane on that domain.  If you are reading this you have reached one of the archived articles, news, projects and/or reviews that were left behind during the site migration.

Please update your bookmarks and be sure to visit the new and improved Ninjalane at Hardwareasylum.com

    BIOS Features

I'm not going to go though all of the bios screens under the assumption that many of the features are already familiar to you. Instead I will just point out some of the BIOS highlights and call it good. tongue smile
CMOS Reloaded is a really cool technology that enables you to backup and restore BIOS settings thus saving you some time when switching your system configurations.
Memory timing is really important for when you are extracting ever last bit of power from your system. DFI has provided 3 menus with pre-configured settings along with an expert selection for manual control. Personally I like to set memory timings by hand though I'd discovered that SPD detection works as good if not better than manual tweaks and saves time too.
Genie BIOS is the DFI menu dedicated to all things overclocking, the following screenshots give you an idea as to what can be done on the DFI LanParty NFII Ultra Rev B. Be sure to check out the 3.30v of vDimm available for overclocking stability. I Don't know about you but 3.30v just seems like burnt silicon waiting to happen. happy smile
Enough with the features, lets get to the benchmarks!
