External & Internal Impressions
This power supply is covered with a very simple, yet elegant matte black finish, which is not unlike the other Corsair power supplies, and while most companies went with gloss paint for power supplies, the Corsair’s are rather distinguishable in the crowd, which is what some people specifically look for.
Notice there is no 115/230V switch to fool with, that is because the power supply has an internal sensor, and switches it for you! How nice.
The bottom of this power supply is home to a 140mm thermal sensored, 2 ball bearing, auto-switching fan which, due to its size, is super quiet, and pushes some serious CFM.

On the top, we simply have the power-rating sticker.
Here we have one of the classic Corsair nametags, which are generally visible in any case, regardless where the PSU is mounted.

Immediately after voiding the warranty, you can see what the fan blows on, everything. But the mesh of heat sinks is what gets a majority of the air flow.
